Delivery & Returns

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses within Canada. All orders ship from London, Ontario, and all prices are in Canadian dollars. Because our pieces are designed and finished in Canada, there are no duties or brokerage fees.

Delivery options

  • Standard (Canada Post Expedited) — 2–6 business days. $15, complimentary on orders over $150.
  • Express (Priority Courier) — $29. Next business day across most of Southern Ontario, 1–3 business days elsewhere in Canada.
  • Collect from the Atelier — complimentary for Ontario clients, by appointment in London, Ontario.

In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Monogrammed pieces are dispatched within five business days. Bespoke commissions are typically completed in four to six weeks.

Payment

When you place an order, your pieces are reserved in your name for 48 hours and our client concierge emails you a secure payment request by credit card, PayPal or Interac e-Transfer within one business day. Applicable GST/HST/PST is calculated by province at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns of unused pieces in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery, with complimentary return shipping within Canada. Monogrammed and bespoke pieces are made for you and are final sale. To begin a return, contact the atelier with your order reference.

Care and repairs

Every PairShot piece is made to be repaired, not replaced. If stitching, hardware or a belt clip ever needs attention, contact us and we will advise on repair at our London atelier.
